Kristi

Dental Hygienist

As a registered dental hygienist, I help with oral hygiene, cleaning, and helping patients on the importance of taking care of their teeth and gums. I have been working at this office for more than 14 years, and have been in the dental field since 2003. The Fairview Dental team has become like a second family! I love that we all get along so well, and the lifelong friendships I’ve developed with the girls.

At home, I have a 17-year-old cat. I run our local five-pin bowling league and sometimes bowl competitively. When I have free time, I enjoy gardening, baking, and activities with friends like camping and concerts.

Dental Hygienist

Hello, it’s nice to meet you! I am a registered dental hygienist, and I assist with oral hygiene instruction, sealants, radiographs, and preventive maintenance. I have spent the past 12 years at Fairview Dental, and I enjoy educating people about oral health care and meeting new people every day. It is rewarding to develop relationships with my clients and see positive oral health outcomes, all while making them feel comfortable and relaxed during their dental hygiene appointments.

I’m married with one son and a rescue dog from Texas. My hobbies include hiking, working out, and spending time at our trailer. I also like to be involved at my son’s school.

Olivia

Dental Hygienist

As a dental hygienist, I provide preventive oral care and work together with my clients to develop effective in office and at home care programs to maintain good oral health. I also record, assess, and evaluate dental indices to closely monitor patterns or change. I take pride in staying up to date with gold standard care relating to sanitization, sterilization, and disease prevention.

I have been a RDH since 2014 and have been a member of the Fairview Dental team since 2015. My favourite part of my job is building lasting friendly relationships with my clients and providing up to date oral health information to aid in long-term oral care. As a dental professional, I am thankful for the informed and friendly team I have found.

In my spare time, I enjoy learning about nutrition, staying active, and being a cat mom! Hope to see you soon!

Dental Hygienist

As a regulated health professional, I strive to focus on providing optimal oral health care and educating on the importance of maintaining a healthy smile. Together, with the dental team, I will formulate patient centred hygiene care to meet all your dental needs. I started working at Fairview Dental in 2019 and will continue to share my passion to help every patient achieve a healthy lifestyle and happy smile :)

I enjoy spending time with family and friends, being physically active and baking.

Dental Hygienist

My focus as a dental hygienist is on providing high quality care to my patients and educating them on how to maintain good oral health. I am committed to making hygiene appointments a comfortable and positive experience. I started in the dental field in 2008 as a dental assistant and I loved it! I wanted to expand my dental knowledge and graduated as a registered dental hygienist in 2011 from the Canadian Academy of Dental Health and Community Sciences in 2011. I have been helping patients with their oral hygiene health ever since!

 

In my free time, you will find me on the deck at the cottage or on a walk with my dog Owen.

As a registered dental hygienist my goal is to provide patients with an ongoing optimal healthcare experience. I find dental hygiene to be such a rewarding career for so many reasons. It gives you the ability to educate people on their specific dental needs and guide them towards that healthier happier smile while forming connections with so many amazing people along the way! I feel very fortunate to have recently joined the incredible team here at Fairview Dental.

During my free time I love to be outside. Camping, hiking, kayaking and spending time with my family! (my partner Sean, my son Hunter, my stepson Vinny, my dog Lily and my cat Cleo).

I was born and raised in Ancaster where I continue to live today.

I have a brother, Cory who lives up north with my niece, Livia.  Jersey is my little dog, who is a mischievous Morkie. For many years I played rep soccer along with English horseback riding. In my free time I enjoy being with my family, my boyfriend Jeff, going up north to my cottage, hiking, soccer and travelling.

I graduated from the Canadian Institute of Dental Hygiene in 2012 and I love my job as a dental hygienist. Knowing that I can make a difference in a person's dental health is very rewarding.

Tamara

Dental Assistant

I have worked with Fairview Dental since 2005, as a level II dental assistant. I help with welcoming patients, as well as setting up and cleaning rooms, X-rays, lab work, and assisting the doctors. Each day is an opportunity to learn new things, help people, do a variety of tasks, and meet new people. I LOVE our doctors and team because they are smart, skilled, and want to help people. Also totes hilarious. Our team is the bomb.com! We work very well together; everyone is friendly, cares about our patients, and helps each other.

My family includes my husband Eric, daughter Isabella, Elly the dog, and a cat named GrayC. When I’m not at work or spending quality time with my family, you can usually find me trying to keep my plants alive or shopping at Homesense!
